The only way this riddle works is if you need different information, and can only ask one question. If you can ask as many questions as you want, you can just start with asking “Who would the other Shakira say is the liar?”

The riddle doesn’t say that the Shakira that possess the lying hips must lie herself, so you could just ask her and hope she’s nice enough to be honest about it

simple. one shakira may never tell the truth, but that’s only because her hips don’t move. just watch which one is the moving shakira.

So that’s what they meant by: “SHAKIRA SHAKIRA”
