The more I think about it, that type of effort is probably more effective than a general demonstration. The point of those meetings at the Senator’s office (I think the senators are often not there) is to convince the senator to actively oppose the maga efforts through procedural actions, so there’s a specific plan and identifiable outcome.
If they have one in my area I will show up, but it’s a case of too little, too late.
