          I am not enough of an Otaku to have this debate to any sort of conclusion; I’ll take your word for it. I do have one question though: if we discount the Saiyan hybrids and androids, what puts Tien over the top?

          Gohans half saiyan, 17 and 18 use infinite energy cybernetics for their combat power - none are comparable to Krillin.

          Tien though, totally. Toriyama has come out and said Krillin is the strongest human (I believe), so he either forgot about Tien or were just supposed to understand that Krillin is stronger than him despite Tien being far more dedicated to training and facing down bigger threats.

              And being half human is still being human. That’s genetic diversity, which is not cheating.

              Being able to go super sayan is cheating tho. Pan would probably count better, given she’s 3/4 human
