I can’t really do fanfiction. I have trouble with middles. I can do beginnings and ends. That is where the collaborativeness of RPs helps develop a story.
It’s also a gateway to other more general RPs and those are always a ton of fun.

haha I’m pretty much the opposite. I struggle a lot when it comes to even trying to do RP (75% of it is stupid shame because I did it a lot as a kid so my brain keeps telling me ‘this is something only kids do’) but I have no problem writing a 100k work fic
