Hmm…there is difference between being lonely and alone. Alone is pretty much what you described.
In any case, I agree about having freedom. My friends and family have different taste, or just boring and less adventurous, or became jaded with life to do anything. And as someone with anendophasia, I like to take my time to explore and absorb my surroundings. I can’t exactly do that with someone who could be impatient and cannot appreciate what I see.
