Mac and cheese is good, don’t get me wrong
But it doesn’t store well with it coagulating easily, it’s incredibly heavy so I feel like there’s a rock in my stomach if I eat more than a small bowl, and honestly there are better foods high in carbs and fats I’d prefer to eat
