2·19 days agoEeehhh, I don’t think worse is the right word. Less fidelity, yeah, but the sound is… warmer? I dunno, like I said, I’m not an audiophile, but I know our ears are analogue and all the things in nature that make me feel good have curves

I’m no audiophile, but there is a difference in sound. To me it’s not enough to invest in the type of equipment that maximizes that difference, but it’s still there

5 is the lowest I can go on my TV and still hear when I’m directly in front of it.

13 is when i start hearing more subtle details
17 is just about right for watching a Christopher Nolan movie at night without disturbing the neighbors
