Following the death of their CEO, lots of anecdotal evidence of healthcare suddenly improving across the country. If true, it could be that Luigi did a tremendous amount of good for everyone. A jury would be wise to remember the big picture.

Especially since he apparently had a weapon on him. Of course, he is a white Ivy League student. They probably were afraid he was a rich.
I believe I read his parents do have money. The suspect…not the shooter. They may still be two different people.
