I also love MDMA on raves, but taking it twice per month is probably too much. Most people recommend 3 months or at least 2 months between uses if you do it regularly. MDMA will fuck you up if you don’t respect it.
I do 3 months between doses on MDMA and LSD, if if I have two parties in a month I fill the gap with MDA, in the rare months with 3 or more I just drink beer on those.
