In that what we use now isn’t really “human” oestrogen, because it’s synthetic, and oestrodiol is pretty much universal among mammalian species.

To be fair, it’s not human oestrogens collected from pregnant women or something, it’s synthetic made in a lab. There’s no difference in the estradiol (E2) molecule between different mammals, so the stuff we use now could be used for HRT for a horse. That’s why the horse piss tiddy juice worked in the first place!

To be fair, we do have far better public transit systems than most of the US. When I was a teenager, I could easily go to the library after school, then catch a bus home afterwards. Our libraries also offer far more than just books in most cases. There were community groups, video games and consoles, a café that was community run twice a week with really cheap coffee. It was always a better place to study for me when I was doing my high school certificate.

I would potentially give Ventoy a shot. Since it’s bootstrapping the iso after it’s already booted, you might have better luck. Even if you don’t want to install it that way for a secure system, it might help you with troubleshooting, because if it boots like that you can figure out what the difference is.

I can’t guarantee this, but I think most motherboards would fail safe if the dGPU is removed and give you the UEFI over the iGPU. If you’re worried about it, you could always change the setting, then remove your GPU to test what happens when you try to pull up the UEFI.

In general, I’d suggest being a bit more curious and playing around with stuff, even if more carefully. Like you said you didn’t understand the options for OpenRGB and it sounds like you didn’t try installing it at all to eliminate it as an option before posting. I understand being anxious but you’re not going to learn much if you’re not willing to muck up sometimes. It’s not like an app like OpenRGB is going to break your GPU or anything.

You do need to maintain it. I have chronic health issues that cause nausea, and Domperidone (the med I take for lactation) is a good anti-emetic as well. Then, milking with a pump is required to maintain a high amount of production, but there’s always a little bit for me.
