I’ve been daily driving Hyprland for 4 years now. Before that it was DWM, and before that Gnome. I was never a KDE fan, don’t know why… I never disliked it, I just preferred Gnome.

I sometimes reply with “maybe”, just give myself time to think about it, or maybe I’m busy at the moment. One time my daughter was very happy with this response, and I asked why, as I didn’t say “yes”. She replied that “maybe is always yes for you, dad”. Damn. :)

Bringing some home too, as gifts, because we humans can’t hunt. Last time it was still alive, and my cat was proudly watching me trying to catch the little critter from a counter. I could hear him: you can do it, human! you’re welcome!

Most of the time they are dead, though, heads or spines missing. When I hear my wife screaming at 5am I know there’s another partial mouse in front of the main door.

First time I heard of Gitee, I don’t think it’s that popular. Also, their website appears to be in Chinese only.

Gitea on the other hand is pretty popular, but after some controversial decisions, Forgejo was born and it started getting a lot of traction.
