I enjoy CachyOS distro packages for this reason. Eliminated all three in one fell swoop. Very few packages I’ve had to go outside of their ecosystem for.

2·9 months agoCachyOS is great for gaming but arch based
Try control shift v. It’ll paste without the sources formatting. I’m thinking that is what is causing us all ire.
I wonder if this is the change causing us all trouble. Did old control v do this?
You can’t always though. Sometimes you are attempting to “cut” from an unchangeable source so you won’t get that feedback.
This is so true. It’s so simple and obvious. Therefore it’s gotta be the right answer
If Nvidia could figure out their shit on Wayland is be over on CachyOS for gaming but I just ran into to many crashes and such with my 4090
My complaint mostly comes from having to use windows 11 for work though. That I can’t control 😭
Windows 11 seems to just not work sometimes I swear. Control c that is. Control v always fucking works.
Brilliant. Gonna use this idea myself 🙏

14·10 months agoAnd here I thought this was kinda already the case. 🫣
I had been rocking CachyOS for a year or so but the recent Nvidia drivers or something caused me a shit load on instability so I’m back on windows for now. Got tired of tinkering. 😅

2·11 months agoI like my operating system to work for me not against me. So no. I’ll just never use their shitty spin of Linux and rely on someone that makes a quality distro. Not one that forced it’s users to use their pile of shit proprietary nonsense.
