Well the two Tezcatlipocas in the middle (red being an aspect of Xipe Totec) are from the Codex Borgia. The depiction of Quetzalcoatl Ehecatl is from Codex Borbonicus and Huitzilopochtli doesn’t show up in Codex Borgia at all.

I wondered that too, but the nurses hands look fine and the beginning of the word “Hospital” is legible.
If this is 50’s or 60’s finding a skinny scrawny American wouldn’t be too hard.
