As to why I made this comic? If you go to the polcompball wiki page on soulism, you’ll see a disclaimer stating that soulism is fictional. The soulist community has had many arguments with the wiki’s admin team about this label. Today, this comic suddenly came to Me, and I just had to draw it. I thought I might post it somewhere on Lemmy. Blahaj’s soulism community was deleted by the admins, and this was the next best place. I do wish I’d been able to post it to a Lemmy community where the background required to fully appreciate the meme was more normalised, but such communities seem not to last very long.
