Interesting take on registering a boat. I agree with your philosophy regarding nasties in the water. Sad to say that any kind of run-off will probably have lots of ugly things in it. And I mean it’s not like all boats are completely without harm to ecosystems really.

Obviously I don’t know where this is or what the rules are there. I think though in some places this is not illegal as it’s a small electric motor that can’t go fast. But that’s just my thoughts this morning. Also, where there’s a will there’s a way, and good luck to him, awesome ingenuity.
