The example I thought of was someone who we watched a video on in an art class I took in highschool. He was in a wheelchair, either quadra or just paraplegic, can’t remember which, but he had a whole set up where he could have his canvas move and rotate so he could work on specific parts of it. Don’t remember his name, but definitely vaguely remember the video, so it definitely left some form of impact on me.

I would also assume the AI “art” bros talking about AI “art” for disabled people would be furious at those people for disproving their claims. Especially since those same bros have no excuse other than lack of drive and talent as to why they aren’t anywhere near as good of artists as people with disabilities.

I guarantee those AI “art” defenders would be absolutely furious if they saw even a single of the vast amount of talented disabled artists, past or present, because it goes against their narrative that disabled people need AI art, which allows them to appear superior.

  • I got a Pentel with a tip like #3, so if #1 had the #3 tip I’d absolutely say #1.

My 0.7mm Pentel pencil has been the best pencil/mechanical pencil I have ever used, for the most part. It was definitely overpriced, like everything at a college bookstore, but it’s been such an amazing pencil. Only problem is that I can’t have it loose in the pockets of my spring jackets or it will try to poke through the cheap fabric.

    Edit:

I have used 2, 5, and 7 (alongside ones of basically same design but different brand) as well, so I have no idea how good the others are.

  • The only thing that makes me question that is my current laptop not having a working headphone jack port. It’s most likely a hardware issue that I would need to put a ton of work into figuring out why it isn’t working properly. It’s a Samsung Galaxy Book, so I would have to look up the specific model and find out what hardware they use, which I’m not too fussed about since I can just begrudgingly use bluetooth.

Same type of issue with the last shitty worse-than-a-toaster laptop with detachable touchscreen monitor laptop I used to have that ran Ubuntu (my first experience with Linux in general).

Headphone jacks on laptops are the bane of my existence when it comes to Linux (obviously not including android because I count that as its’ own separate entity).

The way I see it, if your personal vehicle that you own or rent is tall enough that you need some sort of step type thing just to be able to get in or need to lift your legs more than a couple feet in the air to get in, you are a small child masquerading as an adult. Same thing applies if a 5 year old can stand directly in front of your vehicle and you cannot see them.

Only exceptions are disabled people (you should probably get a lower to the ground vehicle if you’re disabled in a way that makes it hard to climb into a vehicle), and people who are genuinely short (like dwarfism type stuff, in which I question why you have such a tall vehicle in the first place).

  • Couple days ago I accidentally removed a package, not fully understanding what would happen. Ended up logging out thinking nothing of it. Couldn’t log back in as there were zero sessions available. Also, for some reason a huge on-screen keyboard kept popping up a lot when I’d click on the login panels things.

I am very grateful my distro came with Timeshift by default and that I had a backup from the day before to fix everything. Also glad Rescuezilla allowed me to install Timeshift and restore.

Doesn’t matter who you are or what you believe, it’s definitely a rite of passage to break your system once. That is something I’ll always agree with.
